We ship worldwide from Amman, Jordan. Please review our shipping information below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Jordan (Domestic Shipping)
- Cost: FREE shipping on all orders
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
- Carriers: Aramex, local couriers
International Shipping (Worldwide)
- Cost: Flat rate of $35 USD
- Delivery Time: 5-10 business days (depending on destination and customs)
- Carriers: DHL, Aramex, and other international carriers

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Customs and Import Duties

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
