- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at info@farahdaylac.com so we can resolve the issue promptly and arrange a prepaid return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized pieces
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To ensure you receive your preferred item quickly, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
